1 Year Limited Warranty for Intiva™

Thank you for your inte rest in the products and services of Intiva (“Intiva”). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from https://theintiva.com (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Intiva will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Intiva will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Intiva is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • a) Damage ,problems or failure resulting from improper operation and/ or inadequate maintenance by the Purchaser
  • b) Use of these products in locations and situations outside of the Product Purpose will void this Warranty.
  • c) Damage or problems or unsatisfactory performance resulting from
  • operation in an environment where climatic comfort of humans is not the primary function of the equipment will void this Warranty
  • d) Damage, problems or failure resulting from improper or faulty operation.
  • e) Damage, problems or failure caused by factors external to the Product including, but not limited to, faulty or poor external electrical wiring, incorrect or faulty power supply, voltage fluctuations, over voltage transients or electromagnetic interference, inadequate or faulty water, gas or drainage services;
  • f) damage, problems or failure caused by acts of god, fire, wind, lightning, flood, storm, vandalism, earthquake, war, civilian destruction, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, pests, animals, pets, vermin, insects, spiders or entry of foreign objects or matter into the Product such as dirt, debris, soot or moisture;
  • g) damage,problemsorfailurecausedbyweatherincluding,butnotlimited to, hail, salt or other corrosive substances damage as a result of the normal effects of being exposed to the weather or as a result of atmospheric fallout
  • h) any damage caused by leaking, damaged or exhausted batteries; fair wear and tear to the Product
